Own ships worldwide.
You can pay with credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), Bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay.
The shipping fee on your order will be calculated in the checkout process after you have chosen the country for your delivery. The shipping cost does not include custom fees, which may charged by the customs in countries outside the European Union.
Portugal – 3 (three) working days. Europe – 5 (five) working days. Rest of the world – 10 (ten) working days.
In case we run out of stock, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date and the Costumer can decide whether to maintain or cancel the order. Delivery times are counted from the time of order shipment and are subject to change by outside issues to OWN. For any additional information about the delivery times contact us via the following email: shop@own.pt .
If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to notify the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that OWN is able to protect our rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported immediately to shop@own.pt and not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
Every Own product is produced by family-owned and operated businesses in Portugal.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your package as it travels to your home.
If you’re not in love with your new purchase, you can start a return or exchange by sending an email to shop@own.pt. We’ll send you a shipping label to send your order back to us for a full refund.
